- Jordan Labadie currently serves as the Brand Development & Portfolio Manager for Green Light Distribution Florida. In this role, he oversees a dynamic and diverse portfolio, managing everything from inventory strategy to the onboarding and offboarding of brands. He focuses closely on market sensitivities across Florida, working to balance the needs of both retailers and brand partners while ensuring each brand is positioned for long‑term success.
His work centers on categories he's deeply passionate about, including craft bourbon/whiskey, tequila, craft beer, and emerging THC‑based products. Jordan enjoys blending data‑driven insight with real‑world market understanding to help brands grow, adapt, and thrive in an ever‑changing landscape.
Before stepping into brand development, Jordan spent 23 years in the Food & Beverage and Resort Management world, working with major resort properties across Florida, South Carolina, and Las Vegas for both Marriott and Hilton. That experience shaped his approach to leadership, operations, and guest‑focused service — all of which continue to influence how he builds relationships and support the brands in his portfolio today.
